Arnold has over 30 years of experience in systems and network operations and optimization, including roles at Microsoft and 23andMe, with the last 10 years focused on AWS cloud. As a pioneer of high-frequency commitment management, he architected the nOps AWS solution that enables AWS compute coverage to be adjusted on an hourly basis. He is a FinOps Certified Practitioner.
Cody Conway
Technical Product Manager, GCP Commitments at nOps
Cody is a FinOps professional with deep experience helping teams get more out of their cloud spend. A FinOps Certified Professional and FOCUS Analyst, he’s built and led FinOps programs managing over $100M in cloud spend and helped organizations significantly increase their savings over time. During his time at NetApp, he also supported enterprise customers in designing commitment strategies that delivered multi-million dollar savings. At nOps, Cody works closely with customers to improve GCP commitment performance while keeping risk in check.

Ian brings hands-on FinOps experience across AWS and Azure, with a focus on helping teams turn cloud commitments into measurable savings. A FinOps Certified Practitioner, he has delivered multi-million dollar impact for enterprise customers, including during his time at NetApp. As the Azure product lead at nOps, Ian works with organizations to build smarter, more automated approaches to managing commitments—balancing savings with flexibility.
