Starting today, you can connect your Atlassian account directly to your nOps dashboard and start identifying savings opportunities to optimize SaaS license costs alongside your cloud spend.
Atlassian Integration
The Atlassian Integration brings your Atlassian product data into the nOps platform, where you can manage all of your multicloud, SaaS, GenAI, third-party tool, and other cloud costs in one place. It is simple to set up and provides visibility into your Atlassian license usage.
Inactive User Detection
Our new Inactive User Detection feature automatically identifies users who have been inactive for over 180 days across your Atlassian products. Now you can easily see:
- The total number of inactive users across all Atlassian products
- A breakdown of inactive users by product (Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Core, etc.)
- Detailed user information including username, email, last active date, and days inactive

You can download the comprehensive CSV report with all inactive user details, making it easy to take action and reclaim unused licenses.
How to Get Started
It is simple to set up the Atlassian integration with the following steps:

- Navigate to Settings → Integrations → Essentials in your nOps dashboard
- Select “Atlassian” from the integration options
- Follow the authentication steps to connect your Atlassian account
- Once connected, nOps will automatically scan your Atlassian products for inactive users
The Inactive User Detection feature will appear in your dashboard under “Other Optimization Opportunities” whenever inactive users are detected. From there, you can view the breakdown by product and download the detailed CSV report.
