I’ve greenfielded multiple FinOps practices and spearheaded brand-new TBM functions, designing frameworks that scale instead of one-off reports. I’ve led a small team of FinOps practitioners and built out a Technology Business Management (TBM) practice and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) working committee, with the goal of accurately modeling and allocating a ~$400M IT budget across people, infrastructure, software, and project cost back to applications and products.
