The AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP) is designed to streamline migrations to AWS with best practices and financial incentives, including migration benefits. MAP Solutions Providers are key players in helping companies plan and execute migrations, leveraging AWS MAP resources.
nOps AWS MAP Manager empowers MAP Solutions Providers with tools to tag resources in bulk, fix mistagged resources, track migration progress, and forecast total expected benefits for the quarter. With the platform, Solutions Providers can help accelerate their clients’ MAP migrations and maximize their financial benefits.
However, managing AWS MAP data across multiple clients can be challenging. Migration benefits aren’t applied immediately, meaning the benefits arrive in arrears. This lack of real-time application makes it difficult to identify and fix issues with tagging or resource tracking as they happen. Handling multiple clients adds complexity, with data spread across various portals and spreadsheets, making it difficult to overall track status. And proper tagging is crucial to do but time-consuming —missed or incorrect tags can lead to missed benefits that can’t be recovered retroactively.
What’s New
That’s why nOps provides an AWS MAP Dashboard within the Solution Provider Portal, giving Solution Providers the power to easily view, track, and manage their clients’ AWS MAP projects and spending.
With the new AWS MAP Portal, Solutions Providers can access all of their clients’ AWS MAP project data in a single, consolidated view. This eliminates the need to cycle between spreadsheets and manually aggregate data from multiple sources — making it easy to see all clients’ tagging progress, migration benefits, overall program status, and other key information in one place.

Solution Providers can view all their clients’ MAP benefits, Tagged and Untagged spend, as well as project information such as Name, Start Date, End Date, and total MAP spend.
The time-consuming and complex process of info-gathering is now automated by nOps, streamlining project management and enabling faster, more accurate decision-making across all your clients.
Leverage all of the nOps MAP tracker features
With nOps MAP platform, you can:
- Track your MAP progress: nOps processes trillions of rows of your CUR data to provide estimates of your realized AWS MAP benefits. We also ingest historical data to give you the most complete view of migration progress.
- Identify eligible AWS Resources to be Tagged: nOps enables you to easily identify and visualize AWS resources that are not properly tagged. This ensures that your clients don’t miss out on valuable MAP Funding benefits due to incorrect tag values. With our near real-time billing ingestion, you can stay on top of tagging compliance.
- Tag Resources in Bulk with AWS Systems Manager Integration: Leveraging the power of AWS System Manager, nOps enables you to automatically tag resources that either have no tags or incorrect tags. Simply select the resources you wish to tag, and nOps will apply the appropriate tags to ensure consistent resource management.
How to Access the Solution Provider Portal
Once you’re added as an authorized user to the Solution Provider, a new menu section titled “SOLUTION PROVIDER” will appear in your nOps dashboard. You can access the Solution Provider Portal directly from this menu to view your consolidated client data.
Simply click on “Solution Provider Portal” under the SOLUTION PROVIDER section, and you’ll be able to manage and monitor your clients’ data all from one convenient dashboard.
