What data does Clara need, and is it secure?
Clara uses the same data available within our platform to provide you with reports, dashboards, and insights. Our onboarding process remains the same. Because nOps is built entirely on AWS, we rely heavily on Amazon Bedrock to provide us with access to the models, guardrails, and to take advantage of the robust security provided by AWS. Neither AWS nor nOps uses your data to train the models we use.
What makes Clara different from a Chat Bot?
Not only does Clara integrate deeply with any cloud or SaaS providers you onboard, allowing you to hold contextual conversations, but we have built out a groundbreaking FinOps agent, which runs automatically for you in the background, delivering results to your inbox and our new homepage.
How much control do I have over the output of Clara?
Full control. The way Clara was designed allows for you to rely on our pre-built prompts to achieve ideal results. However, if you require more fine-tuned results, or want to provide even more context, you can simply modify the prompts, which are visible only within your account, to deliver the exact results you require.
How is Clara use billed?
On a per request basis, aligned with the different tiers within our product lineup. We offer entry-level access for free so our customers can experience Clara. Please contact your account manager for more information.
How long does it take for my newly integrated service to be available within Clara?
Hours. The moment a new integration has been added to nOps and becomes visible within our platform, that data becomes available to Clara. We have closely integrated Clara with our platform so you achieve the fastest possible improvements to the platform as we continue to expand what nOps is capable of analyzing. If you have any services you wish to ingest that are not available, please let us know.
